GLONASS
GLONASS is Russia’s version of GPS (Global Position System).In October 2011, the full orbital constellation of 24 satellites was restored, enabling full global coverage.Modern receivers ,able to use both GLONASS and GPS satellites together, can provide greatly improved coverage in urban canyons and giving a very fast time to fix due to over 50 satellites being available.
