Low Power Series OCXOs for Battery-Powered & Space-Constrained Designs
Quick Links
Precision frequency control without the power penalty
Raltron’s OXL Low Power Series delivers the frequency stability and low phase noise of a traditional OCXO while drawing just 0.3W in steady state, a fraction of the power typical oscillators require. Spanning 10 MHz to 100 MHz and available in compact through-hole and SMD packages, these oscillators combine tight frequency stability (as low as ±100ppb) with phase noise performance down to -170 dBc/Hz, making them well suited for systems where both precision and power budget matter. The OXL Series is engineered for applications that demand high stability, low noise, and efficient power use in compact form factors, including:
- Portable microwave and RF communications
- Test and measurement equipment
- Radar systems
- Satellite communications
- Seismic and ocean exploration systems
- Medical instrumentation
