Raltron’s new ultra-low phase noise OCXO series OXP8000 is available in standard frequencies of 10 MHz and 100 MHz with power supply voltages of 5V or 12V. The OXP8000 series OCXO offers a world class integrated phase noise performance of -178 dBc/Hz @100 kHz at 5V power supply , and - 182 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz at 12V.
Raltron announces the introduction of the ultra-high stability OXD3000 series oven controlled crystal oscillator November 12th, 2018
The OXD3000 OCXO is available with a standard frequency of 10 MHz and with two power supply options of 5V or 12V as well as an incredible high stability performance of ±0.05 ppb over an operating temperature range of -20 °C to +70 °C or ±0.1 ppb over an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +80 °C. Available in a 36 mm x 27 mm Europackage the OXD3000 series features a low phase noise of -155 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz, low ageing up to 0.2 ppb/day and has two output options HCMOS or sine-wave.

OX7000 series has a frequency range from 19.200 MHz to 40.000 MHz with power supply voltage 3.3 V at 150 mA steady state. In parallel with its outstanding small size of 9 mm x 7 mm the OCXO frequency stability is ±10 ppb over an operating temperature range -40° C to +85° C.
